The
ideal candidate will have a passion for world class customer service,
an understanding of our team driven and pay system philosophy and
a hunger for learning and growing. A minimum of one year management
experience in a Salon/Spa environment required and a cosmetologist
license. Attention to detail, high energy, accounting and budgeting
knowledge, retail knowledge, excellent communication skills and
proven leadership qualities are a must. Travel to headquarters in
Las Vegas NV and industry events is required.

the risk of no shows, downtime or lack of business because you
will NOT be paid in the form of a commission. Technicians
(Service providers) will be paid an hourly wage for ALL of their
scheduled hours that they are on property and prepared to work.
